Career Coaching Program

The Color Connect (TCC) Coaching Program offers its members valuable career support, advice, and strategy beyond the workplace that is tailor-made for our audience.

Our Coaching Framework Includes

  • A monthly 60-minute group career coaching session with a maximum of five (5) members per group
  • (1) 30-minute 1:1 session OR (1) 20-min 1:1 Office Hour Session per month
